The specifications of goods on this website may be altered as a result of our continued effort to improve product quality and performance where possible.
Prices
The price of the goods shall be the price listed on the web site on the date of your order. All prices displayed on the web site are quoted in UK Pounds Sterling and must be paid for in full including packing and delivery charges. ALL PRICES INCLUDE UK VAT @ 20%

UMAINLAND UK only, EXCLUDING POSTCODES that are Scottish Highlands AB 31-56 ,PA,IV,PH,HS1-9,KA,KW,ZE,TR21, and all UK islands IOM,IOW,NI,CHANNEL ETC . If you think your postcode come under these , then please contact us FIRST for a quote for postage prices.
Delivery shall be made at the address specified by you at the time of ordering. We will make every effort to deliver promptly but cannot be held responsible for any inconvenience arising from failing to deliver promptly, factors which could reasonably be considered to be outside our control .We strongly advise that if the goods are required for a specific date they are ordered in advance to avoid any disappointment.
Most items ordered before 12 Midday are shipped same day. After midday items may well be sent next day, this refers to working days mon-fri .
Motor scooters are NOT delivered free for any reason. Collection is in person or delivery can sometimes be arranged at an extra cost that may not be stated at the point of order. Risk or damage or loss shall pass to you at time of delivery to the specified delivery address.
All shortages or damage of parts supplied must be reported to TASS by email scooters.tass@gmail.com quoting invoice no. within 36 hours upon receipt.
OVERSEAS CUSTOMERS who place an order will be contacted with the postage rates and we will send you a payment link by either PAYPAL or SECURE CREDIT CARD ,
Exports Goods delivered overseas may be subject to local import duties, please check on your local government web site. TASS will not be liable for any additional expenses incurred.
Ordering
We will treat each order of goods which is confirmed when you click on the 'Confirm Order' button in the purchase screen, as an offer by you to purchase the goods and services subject to these terms and conditions.
We shall supply you subject to availability with the quantity and the specification of goods set out in your order.
We shall confirm each order by email and such confirmation shall be our acceptance of the contract between us.
Payment
Payment may be made by any of the methods indicated on our website or ebay, Payments can be made by card VISA ,MASTERCARD, PAYPAL-unfortunately we are unable to accept Electron cards over the phone and we do not accept American Express.Goods will not be shipped unless payment is received in full .Payment is authorised immediately upon transaction of your card details.
Availability
All goods are sold subject to availability. If an item is out of stock for whatever reason, we will only ship the available goods and the remainder of your order will be despatched or moneys refunded within 7 working days and any additional postage will be at a cost to ourselves. We will not substitute products without contacting you first.
While we endeavour to hold sufficient stock to meet all orders, if we have insufficient stock to complete the delivery of all the goods ordered, and the goods may not be available within a reasonable amount of time ( 30 days ), and where a substitute product is not acceptable, we may, at our discretion, dispatch the order incomplete. .
Returns Policy
TASS wants you to be totally satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order we will refund the value of the goods supplied, provided that you first notify us of your intention to cancel, and that the goods together with the original invoice are returned to TASS in perfect condition to the address specified on the invoice within 7 working days after the day of delivery.
A certificate of posting should be obtained as we cannot be responsible for the non delivery of goods to our address without it. The cost of posting the goods back to us must be wholly covered by the customer and not ourselves. Your right to cancel does not apply to items that have been used or fitted by you. You must take good care of the goods while they are in your possession. TASS will repay you the value of the goods without any further charge to you once they have been received at our address in good condition.
A proof of purchase/receipt from TASS is required for all items returned under warranty.
Non-Returnable Items
Helmets, clothing (unless faulty), carb jets needles slides valves , unwanted used items, shims, special ordered items that are not stocked.
Damaged or Defective Goods
If in the unlikely event your goods arrive in a damaged condition or are defective in any way you must inform us as soon as possible, by email scooters.tass@gmail.com stating the order number and the problem. Failure to do so will deem that you have accepted the goods. The goods should be returned to TASS. If for any reason a replacement is not available for a damaged or defective item, then we will refund the value of the returned goods to the original payment method.

Choice of Law & Jurisdiction
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with UK law. TASS is a privately owned business whose head office address is 114 Northdown Road, Margate, Kent CT9 2RE.
Nothing in these conditions will reduce your statutory rights relating to faulty or misdescribed goods. For further information about your statutory rights contact your local authority standards department or citizens advice bureau.
