3118591 2021 Mark 2 Malossi 210 Sport Cylinder kit with Malossi cylinder head, and now with bolt on steel exhaust stub.-

Vespa 200. Since its birth in 1983 Malossi have continued to improve the classic Vespa 210cc cylinder kit, today it has been completely changed, both main and rear transfer ports have been altered and for the first time the exhaust port is now available in two versions:-SPORT: 318591 and MHR: 316349 -

This 316346 (Malossi part number 3116346) SPORT version is for Touring use 114/174 port timings (if using a 60mm crank use with 2mm head gasket  50064 for 121/177 port timings) ,

This version offers a better performance compared to the previous one and much work has been done to improve low to mid range power, from 2016 these are now supplied with a new lighter Vertex piston that has a molybdenum sulphide coating on the piston. It can be fit together with completely original or slightly modified crankcases, original carburettor or 30mm carburettor and Malossi Power exhaust  323843 or Malossi power classic exhaust 327790. Supplied with 210cc Aluminium barrel with a nicasil lining, Piston kit with 2 rings, gudgeon pin and circlips, Malossi 210cc cylinder head, and Top end gasket set.
